Personalized Track-Me-Up Bottle

1) Can we store cold/hot beverage in the bottle?
Yes, the bottle can store both hot & cold water! For personalized bottle we’d recommend storing warm instead of hot water to maintain the personalization durability.

2) What do you mean by BPA free?
BPA stands for Bisphenol A, which is a chemical that can be harmful to the body.
Our bottle is free of BPA, safe to use & consume!

3) Can i request a photo of the finalised product prior shipping?
Snapshot of photo is upon requests. You may contact us after placing an order so we can snap a photo before packing with bubble wrap etc for delivery.

4) What is the texture/feeling of the bottle surface?
Our bottle is made with frosted plastic so it looks and feel matte & smooth.

5) I am interested in the Black bottle, can the water level be seen?
The water level in black colour bottle is visible under natural sunlight as it’s translucent.
Visibility in indoor lighting greatly depends on the light in the environment.

6) What's the mouth diameter of the bottle?
3.5cm.The mouth diameter is small enough so its really great for daily use especially during busy days. You can worry less about the spill over while sipping water especially in the car etc which makes it perfect for daily use & travel and a grab-and-go kind of thing!

7)What material is used for the personalization?
We use high quality, premium vinyl which is waterproof. Care guide card will be provided for user's reference. Kind reminder to follow through the instructions as per given ; no microwave & oven, hand wash, no peeling, no scrubbing/rubbing the personalization area against other objects.

1) Can we store cold/hot beverage in the thermos?
Yes, this thermos is perfect for storing hot and cold beverage for long hours! Our thermos can store cold beverage up to 24 hours and hot water up to 10hours.

2) Can i request a photo of the finalised product prior shipping?

3) Will it be cold/hot to the touch?
No, our thermos are double walled insulated (main body that's built with two walls of stainless steel) so you won't feel the temperature through the outer walls.

4) What is the material of the thermos?
This thermos is 304 stainless steel inner, 201 stainless steel outer.

5) What's the mouth diameter of the bottle?
4.5cm.

6) Is the thermos leak proof? What's the mouth diameter of the bottle?
Yes, our thermos lid is leak proof and comes with a handle lid for ease of use.
