Return & Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we are here to help and will give you a refund for item(s) returned, subjected to the following conditions:
- Prior consent/confirmation from us is needed before refund is allowed.
- Returns must be in its original condition and in its original packaging (unwashed and unused). Items that are damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Returns must be made within 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- All returns must include INVOICE RECEIPT. You may reprint it under your Account.
- We will get back to you once a return item is received by us.
- If your return is approved, we will send you credit voucher/initiate a refund via original method of payment.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the following conditions above.
The management reserves the rights to reject any returns at our discretion.
