Payment & Order Delivery

What payment methods do you accept? 

- We accept:


a) Online Banking & e-Wallets via ipay88

b) E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost Wallet, Maybank PayQR Online, ShopeePay )

c) We currently do not provide option for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.


Which courier company do you use? 

- Whole of Malaysia ( J&T and Pgeon) 

- For Singapore ( Teleport Company - Airasia supported logistic) 

*Parcel tracking can be done via assigned tracking number on third-party delivery carrier website.

 *Should delivery is unsuccessful at provided mailing address, customer will receive an email & message to reschedule. If there is no input for rescheduling, delivery will be attempted on the next working day by third-party delivery carrier.


What's the shipping rate like? Do you provide free shipping?

- Free shipping applicable for order Rm140 & above within WM

- West Malaysia shipping rate (RM8)

- East Malaysia shipping rate (RM15) 

*Delivery charges are automatically linked to the respective courier company's system hence shipping cost will increase when the item you purchased exceed weight increases. For bulk purchase, you may contact us to arrange for a self pick up/express delivery.

When can I get my order? I need it urgently! 

- Do contact us, we'll check on the estimate processing duration and can arrange express delivery such as by grab/lalamove (only in Klang Valley, covered by buyer).

- An additional rush order fee may be applied depending on the date requested. Kindly contact us for this arrangement at 012- 606 7289. 

Delivery period 

- West Malaysia shipping (  1-3 working days) 

- East Malaysia shipping ( 2-5 working days)

Where do you deliver?

- We deliver within Malaysia and Singapore. For others, you may drop us an email at [email protected]


How often are parcel shipped out? 

-Once payment is through, ready stock items will be processed and dispatched in 2 workings day. For personalized order, process will take 4-7 days before shipment dispatch. 

-Operation Monday-Saturday (Excluding Sunday & Public Holidays).

(All payments that have been made after 3:00PM (SGT) will be mailed out the next 2 working day.) 

Kindly allow for delays during National and State specific public holidays, busy sales periods and extreme weather events.


How do I track my order? 

- Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, an email notification will be sent to your respective email address together with the Tracking details ( courier company and tracking code). Do note that status of orders take up to 48 hours to process before a Tracking Number is generated.

Can I cancel my online order?

- We are sorry to inform that all confirm orders placed online are final and will not be allowed for cancellation. Do make sure to check your order before checking out to ensure there's no error in your order.


I have not received my order yet? 

Before reaching out to us, we appreciate if you could do a quick check with the tracking number given on the delivery agent website and contact the assigned courier delivery company.

What do I do if I would like to return my purchase?

My item has defect

- Before goods sending, we ensure to do an extremely strict quality check in place however we understand that in times accidents do happen. We appreciate your drop us an email at [email protected] to clarify further.


I find the colors of my product looks different compared to what I have seen online? 

- Product picture color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings. We always try our best to adjust the filter color that are closest to the product itself, we will definitely take another close-up shot of the product seen under daylight.

We will not entertain returns/exchanges for such cases.
