SLEEK PEEK VENTURES  (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the content and services available on the website, www.sleekpeekco.com to you subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout our Site in connection. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of use.

Delivery

Upon verification of payment, Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working day. Kindly note that Personalized order takes in between 4-7 days to process before shipment dispatch. Order process and shipment dispatch is carried out during working hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and local public holidays (Malaysia). All delivery of orders will be subjected to courier service's operation schedule

*If you wish to receive the order soonest or opt for express delivery such as Grab express or lalamove, kindly contact us via Whatsapp 0126067289.

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

Kindly allow for delays during National and State specific public holidays, busy sales periods and extreme weather events.


1.Sales and Purchases

1.1. Subject to the Ts&Cs, we will sell and you shall purchase, the goods (“Goods”) in accordance with the order you placed through the Website (“Order”).

1.2. We accept Orders for delivery within Malaysia and Singapore at the moment. ( For any inquiry besides Malaysia and Singapore, kindly contact us and we're more than happy to assist you further. Email : [email protected] or contact us via Whatsapp 0126067289).

1.3. Any discounted item is not refundable. 

1.4. All orders are strictly non exchangeable. 

1.5.  From time to time, we may offer promotional (influencer/festive seasonal/collaboration) discount code which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.


2. Products

2.1. Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer/device and it might appear lighter/darker in reality due to studio lighting used. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match.This shall not be considered as a defect.

2.2. All lengths and sizes noted are approximate and may vary slightly. A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

2.3 All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


3. Placing Orders

3.1. You may place an Order by filling in the needed details. Once order is placed, an order confirmation email and electronic invoices will be sent to your email.

3.2. Your placing of the Order shall constitute an offer from you to us to purchase the Goods which shall form the subject of the Order. We have sole and absolute discretion to accept or decline the Order without ascribing any reason in respect thereof. We do not guarantee that the goods shown on the Website will be available for sale to you at all times.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in connection with your Order, including without limitation, the Delivery Address and your contact details. We will not be liable for any failure or delay or otherwise in discharging our obligations and / or performing our duties to trace the goods if such default is in any way due to the incomplete and / or inaccurate information provided by you in respect of the Order.


4.Payment Terms

4.1. The purchase price of the Goods (“Price”) shall be the price specified in the Confirmation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the sole and absolute right to adjust the Price to reflect any change in the cost of the Goods due to any unforeseen circumstances and / or factors beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, change in tax duties / levies, increase in the costs of labour and materials or other costs of manufacture, change in delivery schedule at your request, or belated instructions or failure to supply us with requisite information or instructions on your part.

4.2. Upon receiving your order our payment merchant will carry out a standard pre-authorization check if the order can be fulfilled. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your payment will be debited once the order has been accepted.

4.3. Your credit card payment shall be processed by our authorized service providers (“Payment Processor”). All payment details entered through the payment gateway of the bank collecting the credit card payment for us will be encrypted.

4.4. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including theft or fraud, arising directly or indirectly from:

  • (a)your failure or omission to protect your personal data from being seen by other persons or otherwise obtained by other persons when you enter your payment details online;
  • (b)your failure to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process; or
  • (c)any other reasons in connection with the specified mode of payment.


5.Delivery of the Goods

5.1. The Goods will be delivered to you at your designated address (“Delivery Address”) within the Delivery Zone (as defined below) on such date as specified in the Confirmation (“Delivery Date”). Delivery (third party) will normally be made between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on a weekday from Mondays to Fridays, or between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays (excluding Malaysia’s public holidays).

5.2. We reserve the right to revise any terms of the delivery service (including but not limited to the Delivery Zone and the delivery charge) from time to time without prior notice. All delivery charges paid are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or goods once the Order is confirmed.

5.3. Please refer to “Delivery Terms” for the details. Notwithstanding the foregoing, time of delivery of the Goods shall not be of the essence in the Contract and are only our best estimate. We reserve the right to change the Delivery Date from time to time upon service of reasonable prior notice to you, whereupon you shall accept delivery of the Goods on such revised Delivery Date as we may advise. Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you for any delay (howsoever caused) in respect of the delivery of the Goods (whether or not the same has been notified to you). For the purpose of this Clause, “Working Day” shall mean a day excluding Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in Malaysia.


*Parcel tracking can be done via assigned tracking number on third-party delivery carrier website.

 *Should delivery is unsuccessful at provided mailing address, client will receive an email & message to reschedule. If there is no input for rescheduling, delivery will be attempted on the next working day by third-party delivery carrier.



6. Giveaways

6.1. Gifts are valid while stocks last.

6.2.We reserve the right to make the final decision in case of dispute.


7.Liability

7.1. The content displayed on this Platform is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by law, SLEEK PEEK and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Platform and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

7.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit SLEEK PEEK’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, and misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


8. General Terms

8.1.You shall not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under the Contract to any third person without our prior written consent thereto.

8.2.We reserve the right to amend the Ts&Cs from time to time without prior notice to you.

8.3.The provisions contained in each clause of the Ts&Cs shall be enforceable independently of each of the others and its validity shall not be affected if any of the others is invalid. If any of those provisions is void but would be valid if some part of the provision were deleted, or if the amount or duration (if applicable) mentioned in the provision was reduced or shortened, the provision in question shall apply with such modification, reduction or shortening as may be necessary to make it valid.

8.4.The Ts&Cs as set out herein and any dispute or matter arising from the Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Both you and we shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. Sleek Peek will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from the Site.
